NOX Advisors provides consulting services — credit repair, business funding assistance, digital marketing, business formation, and account appeals — under a written service agreement signed by both parties. That agreement defines the exact scope, deliverables, and payment schedule for your engagement, and it controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.
Work begins after your agreement is signed and any required onboarding documents are received. Timelines vary by service: credit bureau rounds typically take 30–45 days per cycle, and some profiles take several months to improve — files with more serious negatives can take 6–8 months. Funding timelines depend entirely on our lending partners. Marketing, formation, and appeal timelines are defined in your agreement. We provide regular progress updates throughout your engagement.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel your credit repair contract, without penalty or obligation, within three business days of signing it. To cancel, notify us in writing at info@noxadvisors.com within that window and any payment collected will be returned in full.
After the three-business-day window, cancellation terms follow your written service agreement. Depending on the service and work already performed, you may be responsible for fees covering completed work. Contact us and we will walk you through exactly what applies to your agreement.
Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. If we have not yet begun work on your engagement, fees collected are refundable on request. Because outcomes — score changes, funding approvals, account reinstatements — depend on third parties such as credit bureaus and lending partners, results are not grounds for a refund unless your written agreement states otherwise.
